Softwave credits are considered used once a booking is established.

Consumables

For all consumables we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Orders canceled prior to shipping will be refunded the full cost of the order minus 5% transaction processing fee. Transactions are labeled as Regen Revive on any statements. Orders cancelled after processing, there will be a minimum $10 restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Regen Revive upholds the highest standard of quality for all of our products. We guarantee that the quality of all our merchandise will meet or exceed expectations. Every effort is made to ensure your merchandise is manufactured and shipped in perfect condition. But, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly provide a refund, replacement, or an exchange.

To qualify for a refund, replacement or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received and must be in the original packaging.

Our facility representatives will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the returned item. Upon approval, a refund for the full cost of the returned item will be granted. If an order shipped is defective, you will also receive reimbursement for the shipping charges that apply to send the order back to us.

Exceptions to the full refund include any items not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for any reason deemed not due to our error.
We do not issue refunds for items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A package without proper return authorization will not be accepted for refund.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A CREDIT FOR A RETURNED ITEM?

After we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes between 1 and 5 days to complete the return process. A refund or customer credit (for exchanges) will be issued within 1 to 5 business days. All refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow one monthly billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Transactions are labeled as Regen Revive on any statements.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].
